Located in an established subdivision central to schools and downtown, this Mid-Century Modern home had it all, but needed a revival. The direction for the home, as requested by the homeowners, was to create a transitional home with functionality while preserving the original MCM flair. No inch of this home was left untouched – including the exterior, which arguably is the most impressive transformation. In addition to a new front façade, floor-to-ceiling windows were added to the rear elevation. Changes to the interior include a larger kitchen with double island suitable for entertaining, a reconfigured master suite, and guest suite.
