Annually NARI Milwaukee members submit over 80 projects in up to 48 remodeling and home improvement categories including kitchen, bath, basement renovations, home additions, exteriors, landscape design/outdoor living renovations, and more.  Categories are further defined by project cost. 

A panel of community industry experts evaluate the projects and selected gold, silver, and bronze winners. Each project is scored on several criteria: how well the contractor met the client’s needs; the functionality of the space; aesthetics; craftsmanship; construction methods; and use of materials.
